Get Started... 4 Easy Steps
You Call SNPCares at (973) 723-0480 to register with one of our representatives. We conduct a short intake to gather information about your child(ren) and their interests and special needs. Upon completion of the registration process, you pay an annual non-refundable fee of $55.00. Your intake coordinator will enter a credit card / bank card on file into our secure billing system for when you schedule a babysitter. This allows for a seemless, hassle free experience with no exchange of money between the parent and care provider.
Based on the information we gather from the intake we conduct during the registration process, we match your family to a care provider that has the experience, training and availability to serve you. This could take a day or it may take a few weeks, depending on the level and intensity of the needs of your child(ren) and family.
At this point, we will also discuss the rate of service, either hourly or flat rate, based on the service you are seeking at the time.* Once we have made a match, the care provider will contact you to introduce herself/himself, and exchange any information you'd like to share with them prior to your visit. You may schedule with them during this call.
Hourly -are applied to services up to 12 hours per week. Rates are determined by the SNPC.
They are based on:
*the current caregiver rates in the region *the number of children being served *the special needs of the child(ren) and the level and intensity of care *the amount of service time.
Flat Rates -are applied to ongoing services that equal 13 or more hours per week. (*same criteria above, but at a cappedrate).
If you feel comfortable with your matched care provider during the introductory call, you can schedule your visit with them at this time. Your care provider will inform us of the scheduled date and time and we will book the appointment by sending a confirmation email to you of the same.
If you do not feel comfortable with your matched care provider at any time, call us to share your concerns and we will match you to a different care provider.
4. Service and Billing
Upon completion of service by a care provider, they will electronically report their time to SNPC. SNPC will then email you an invoice for the services rendered, and will bill your credit card and/or bank card on file within 48 hours of the service provided. This will enable time to review the invoice, and address any discrepancy prior to billing your credit card or bank card.
Feed back Hope you don't mind, but SNPC wants to know how things went and your level of satisfaction with your services from beginning to end.
We want to please you and are open to suggestions for improvement and efficiency. So, we will periodically contact you to find out how your services are going, and your feedback on the care providers who are serving you.
